I needed an AV system for a Celebration of Life my family held last weekend. It was a fairly large event with about 75 people in attendance. We needed speakers ,microphones, and a projector screen. Joe was wonderful to work with, got right back to me and provided us with everything we needed for a successful outcome.When we picked up the equipment his colleague Austin carefully explained all of the equipment and how to set it up. We also were given contact numbers in the event we needed assistance. If I could give 10 stars, I would. Joe took care of me every step of the way. I met him at his shop in Attleboro and he had the equipment bundled and ready to go. He took the time to unpack the setup and walk me through every step of the configuration. I had a big charity event for animals the next day and was worried about something going wrong. Nothing did and if something did go sideways, Joe assured me that I could call him at any moment.His attention to detail and customer service is beyond excellent.
Joe is amazing and extremely knowledgeable. He knew what I needed and was very flexible with my schedule. My daughter's Quinceanera was a hit and he made sure the setup was as easy as can be, thanks a lot Joe!
