He went into great depth to answer my question and broke it down to ensure I understood the problem with my appliance. He is a charismatic person who respects veterans. Got an error on our LG washing machine and Mike was so generous with his time in walking me through fixes I could attempt on my own. Once it was clear this was not something I could reset, Mike found time between other calls to come by -- and he immediately identified the problem and made an affordable fix - plus a plan for what we would do if it happened again. He has such a kind and calm temperament, which is appreciated during such irritating and frustrating situations! Highly recommend - we will use Mike for any problems in the future.

I cannot recommend enough. He was able to come out in less than 24 hours to repair my stove. After I provided a little information on the issue he arrived the next morning with various parts on hand to insure that the repair could in fact take place same day (something that Sears Home Service never does). Absolutely wonderful communication and very informative about the repair costs and even gave tips and tricks on keeping my stove in great condition. Cost was more than reasonable for the service performed.
