Paul was great! He was so professional and explained everything he was doing, gave tips on how to assist in getting rid of the mice in my home and just made me feel good knowing we weren’t the only ones experiencing a rodent problem. He knew his stuff and educated us on how they get in and ways to keep them out. He empathized with my fear of them and gave me peace of mind knowing our problem wasn’t as bad as I thought. We have used Proof for the last six months, and it has helped a lot. We tried another local service for the few months before and noticed no difference. This company has been really easy to use and communicate with. Everyone from the technicians to the customer service woman Cheyanne has been extremely nice and accommodating to some of the personal issues we have been facing. Would highly recommend this company!!

After a less than stellar experience with another person, Paul came to address our mouse issue and was absolutely phenomenal! He was very thorough in looking for the entry points from the outside and inside and making sure to address them, as well as putting out bait inside and outside and giving me advice on how to more permanently seal up some of the entry points. He was very nice and patient, and answered all my questions (and there were many!). We already feel relieved after having him here, and while I hope we don’t need them again anytime soon, we will definitely ask for him again if we do.
