I recently had a deeply disappointing experience at this eye clinic/glasses shop, and I feel compelled to share my negative encounter. My father, a customer at this establishment, utilized his insurance benefits to procure two pairs of glasses. Unfortunately, the nightmare began when we discovered that due to his MassHealth coverage, he was treated with blatant disrespect and incompetence.To add insult to injury, the eye clinic made mistakes on both pairs of glasses. Both my wife and I recently had prescriptions filled here. The optician (Tim) was very knowledgeable and helpful. Provided useful information to help with the decision process. Turn-around time was no problem and had no issues with the final product.

I really won't go ANYWHERE else to pick out my frames. The service is great (I mean, they've been in business a LONG time!) and the turn around time for lens' and frames are quick. Come and support your local optical shoppe. They deserve the business AND you won't be disappointed.
