Rob came at the correct time and began work promptly. He was very personable and did the necessary work quickly. He was very efficient and I was very impressed. I can recommend him highly.
Last summer Ben from Martel worked on our hot water heater. I was impressed by his ability and people skills. Based on that experience I contacted Martel again. This time we had Dylan who responded to a complicated problem professionally, patiently and capably. Based on these experiences I would seek out Martel to address any future problems. Martel is very fortunate to have employees such as these who represent the company so well.
James and Keith are amazing! Very professional and thorough with their explanation! We have a very difficult set up, and they helped us easily understand how to work it! Great job Martel!
