The night before Christmas and my daughter gets badly sick in the back of my car. I try and get as much as I can out, but I knew if I did not have it professionally cleaned it would linger forever. I was freaking out as it was 8pm the night before Christmas Eve! I called and left them a message and emailed. I actually got a response within 25 minutes! They could fit me in the next day!
