“Excellent service! Needed to move my schedule and called in. Was able to speak to someone right away who assured me they could accommodate (which I would have understood if they told me no). When I arrived, the person at the front desk, Neusa, knew right where my garment was and made sure they were able to get the order done right away. Someone (I believe may have been the owner/manager) even offered to bring the items to my car since I was juggling a toddler. Very impressed with the customer service. Was looking for a new dry cleaners, and they have definitely earned my business moving forward.“

Not only did they respond within two minutes, they were more than happy to drop by the store and remove a layer of stress. “I think this is the nicest laundromat I've ever been to. You buy a little prepaid card and use it to do your laundry. Clean, warm, bright. Seating if you need it. There is an outlet if you need to charge your phone. I didn't use it. There is a toilet if you need to pee while waiting. I did. It was clean.“
