Called Sean up for to review my ideas for building a house, and he did a great job answering all my questions as well as providing insight into things I hadn't thought of! Was very appreciative of his advice and him taking the time to discuss the project with me. Have not moved forward with a project yet due to the market/timing but will heavily consider using them when/if I am ready!

Cutting Edge completed my large home renovation earlier than estimated and provided consistent communication throughout the entire project. Sean was creative and knowledgeable and we are highly impressed with the professionalism that him and his team displayed. Sean's brother Ryan was our Project Manager and provided excellent customer service. I can't say enough about the team at Cutting Edge and I would recommend them to any of my friends and family to provide high quality work done by a company that I trust. Thank you for making our older house a modern home.

We engaged Cutting Edge in late 2018. Cutting Edge started work totally renovating - mostly rebuilt - our home in Acton MA. Cutting Edge provided the architectural design and once we edited and blessed it, they started work on time and met all of the deadlines. Sean's team were professional, motivated and did excellent work. We changed our minds on several design plans as we went along and Cutting Edge were flexible and accomodating and well organized with change orders. It was our changes that led to price increases and a longer finish time with the final handover in the summer of 2020.
