“I cannot say enough wonderful things about JSP Site Solutions. This is a company from Massachusetts who came down to Asheville, North Carolina to assist in the relief and recovery after Hurricane Helene. Jake and his crew have helped so many people in need in the western North Carolina area.
We hired Jake and his Team to remove numerous trees, most damaged by the Hurricane. Jake came out to give us an estimate. He stuck to the estimate with no add-ons or hidden costs. He brought in a crane since most of the trees we needed taken down were 50 or 60 feet tall. Jake and his crew worked tirelessly for a full day, barely taking a break for a quick lunch. They cleaned up the area where you could barely tell they had been there!
Jake was honest, gave great advice, and kept all of his promises. The most impressive thing I WILL NOT forget, is at one point during the day he knocked on our door and said he couldn't cut down one of the dead trees. Come to find out there was an eastern Screech Owl living in this tree and he showed sincere concern by not wanting to cut down the tree due to the Owl living in this tree. My admiration for him grew even more as we have a non-profit specializing in the rehabilitation of birds of prey! We did not cut that tree down.
I highly recommend this company for any tree services that you may need. He'll be around for a long time as he has decided to move and live here with his lovely family.

The birches required using a large crane to lift them over my house as there was no access to the back. They did a fantastic job, including grinding the pear stump, at a very reasonable price, and left the yard completely cleaned up before they left. I wouldn't hesitate to use them for any future jobs I have!“

“Ty & Pete and crew are professional arborists and really know their stuff! We had them take down a dying ornamental pear tree in our front yard and perform pruning and shaping on three other maples.
