She worked tirelessly dealing with buyer's realtors to keep the process moving, allowing me to close the estate in a timely manner. I would recommend Despina to anyone. I am grateful to have had Despina Kyriakidis to work with in resolution of the estate of my partner, Susan Evans Watson. I had been appointed Personal Representative of Susan's estate and, of course, really had no idea about what to do. Despina unburdened me of many of the tasks by handling them herself, and for those tasks that had to be done by me alone Despina led me through them with patience and in a timely fashion. I was fortunate to have Attorney Kyriakidis represent me in my probate case for my father's estate. The original estate administrator's performance was at best poor and at worst disgustingly horrible. Despina did an excellent job obtaining a great deal of information, mostly via subpoena since the administrator refused to cooperate and provide information that should have available to the rest of the estate beneficiaries.As a result of Despina's hard work and attention to detail, we were able to remove the original administrator and, despite the fiducuary blunders of the original administrator, proceed to a lengthy but satisfying conclusion of probate.I can't give enough...read full review
