They did a great job fixing a leak in our pool, and while he encountered some things that we thought were going to cause the need for a new liner, he managed to work it out to save me that additional expense. They also serve our pool and hottub weekly and do a great job. Any time there is an issue, someone comes to check it out right away.

I have been going to Precision Pool for longer than I can remember. I have always recommended them. Their service and knowledgeable staff kept me coming back. Just when you thought things were great- they got even better. Jimmy has been added to the sales dept/ show room and he is AWESOME! He helped me with a few follow up issues from last season and resolved them quickly and with a giant smile on his face. He is accommodating and has the patience of a saint- I recommend Precision pools VERY HIGHLY👍🏼👍🏼
Overall, we've had an excellent experience from plot planning, developing, implementing, landscaping, to placing the pool into the ground and swimming, every step has been precise and has been a team approach with everyone involved. Our summer was delightful and carefree with expert pool cleanings and immediate questions answered while our family has enjoyed poolside leisure lifestyle living through the cool fall evenings. Communication is easy with emails and phone calls and reliable consistent appointments. Who needs a vacation when Precision Pools helps design an Oasis in your backyard?
