Honest and outstanding customer service, highly recommended Matt and NextGen Aire! We had a leak in our condenser unit outside and I wasn’t sure if we should repair or replace it. Matt came out and clearly laid out all the options and answered all our questions. He was able to quickly find us a replacement condenser and recharged the existing unit so we could have working AC during a few hot days before the replacement was done. His office staff was great communicating updates and giving us automated notifications on the expected arrival of the technicians. The install was flawless and professional. Thank you for fixing our AC before the summer heat arrives!

I hired NextGen Aire
to replace two old AC units with the heat pumps. Since this was a big project, I took my time to research and interviewed a few contractors. Matt has done very thorough inspection as part of the quote process and recommended a few improvements in ducting as well. Matt and his crew showed up on time, did very good job, including the cleanup. Once the install was done, NextGen Aire office staff has filed for the state rebate, and all I had to do is to cash the rebate check.
