I really liked the owner, so it's hard for me to write this, but this is the first time I've gotten my clothes back from a dry cleaner and they smelled worse than they did when I dropped them off. I'm not sure what happened, but I will not be coming back here

I go to Linh dry cleaners regularly. They are reliable and timely. The rugs are normal priced and come every Wednesday. My shirts and jackets always look nice after bringing them here. They are friendly neighbors and dry cleaning is efficient.

I haven't written a review in years, but this place had such a great aura I felt I needed to. I walked in and was automatically greeted by an older couple who I assumed were the business owners. I needed my pants hemmed and they assisted me with such a genuinely kind energy I have not seen in a while; especially in Boston. They listened to what I specifically wanted with no complaint. It's true what they say, customer service has the power to determine how your business will thrive. This place has exceeded my expectations so far and I didn't even receive my pants yet. I don't even care how they come out bc I am just pleased with the overall positive experience! *Will update once I receive my pants*
