UPDATE: On March 2, 2023 I was contacted by the general manager and she was courteous and helpful in providing clarifications on contract billing. I truly appreciate the simplicity of a phone conversation to provide clarity on services offered by this company.---------------Got an invoice in November and December 2022 for annual inspection. I knew the inspection is apart of the contract but needed clarification to know if the inspection was already done since I didn’t have record of anyone coming to the building to do inspection.
