Once again I walk into cost cutters and I walk out amazed. Carly did an awesome job and I'm always satisfied. This is a salon worth going too. You can be amazed by the staff as well.

Love the work Diane does - However, with the new owners it is getting very costly for services. Also, although they say the salon is a walk-in, it is very difficult to get a 1 or 2 day appointment with Diane (not her fault) - It seems the manager, Stephanie, is very particular about booking.Service: Haircut

Took a chance on taking my two boys (2&4) to Cost Cutters in Agawam and we absolutely love Steph!! She makes them feel so comfortable and their hair comes out perfect every time. She has been the only hairdresser the kids have been back to for multiple cuts and we just think she's awesome! Besides the animal covered capes she let's them wear (they love them), she also ends with offering each one a lollipop and that's their favorite part!Service: Kids' cuts
