I have used this company for years and I could not be more satisfied. Brenda and Lisa are always there going above and beyond to make sure everybody is comfortable safe. They're more than thoughtful. They make you feel like family. Thank you for all you do.

I called to see about having a new 100 gallon tank put in and setting up service for my stove. I was also hoping to move to a propane dryer as well once the new tank was in place. The woman I spoke with was nice but told me they are not taking on "cooking" accounts. Makes me question their commitment to customers.2 stars for the nice woman on the phone, but overall not happy with their limiting types of accounts they will support.

Worst propane company in this area. Zero stars is not allowed, but is more like it!! Being a regular customer, I got a fill up Nov 2020 and it was $5:50 per gallon??!! I was told that's the price for 165 gallons usage per year (hot water only). Really??? I called H.L. Fuel the exact same day and was told $2.85 per gallon for 165 gallon usage per year, if I was a regular customer. I hired/scheduled H.L. Fuel for Jan 7. 2021, who gave me a $1.95 per gallon entry fill up price. On Jan 8 I called Osterman to remove their tank. I called on Jan 15, tank is still here?!
