My Abhyanga Massage given by Aly Sprague was a remarkable life sustaining gift today! Abhyanga is a particular kind of Ayurvedic massage. Lyrical music, sung by Sprague, set a nurturing tone on the perfect note. The Indian oils used were warm and enabled deft kneading of my skin, muscles and spirit. When she began to massage my head I felt as if I would float off of the table. This healing touch was nourishing, deep and the exact escape I needed for incredible self care. I'm grateful, Aly.

I have attended two community nights at Anahata Schoolhouse. It is exactly what we all need at this time!
To come together share some delicious food and meet wonderful people. I am new to the community and it was a huge warm welcome! Can't wait for the next one!
Love the commitment to building community.
The Yoga classes and teachers are wonderful too! We even had golden milk together after a kundalini class the teacher offered as a treat.
Come check it out!! You'll be happy you did!

I felt at ease with every breath and pose she took me through during class. At the end of class, she introduced me to Ayurvedic essential oils of rosemary and clove to aid in my breathing. I left the class grateful for her teachings .
The studio provides a peaceful setting of natural elements that fosters an internal nurturing environment.
