Like many others- I'd give zero stars if I could. Nightmare since Graham was taken over. Schedule is all over the place and no service on service days. It's not just me- we have a whole neighborhood of people who know the schedule so it's not isolated.No customer service. I call and am told they will send a truck and one doesn't come at all then when you call back days later they say you never called at all. Complete confusion. Be careful when you cancel. I canceled on 1/26 and was told I'd be refunded in 7-10 days. They said I could not talk to a billing or accounting dept and had to be "approved" to cancel and I wouldn't receive an email just "keep checking my bank...read full review

If I could add Zero Stars, I would have. These guys acquired the company we used to use for trash, and then completely changed our trash service pricing…. and tried to change our pricing to a model 5X more expensive.

The service has been a consistent, steady decline since Graham Waste transitioned to them. Confusing emails, unfriendly/lazy drivers, selective decisions on what to take/not take. It's really sad as Graham went out of their way to please and be helpful. Always a smile on their face and the motto was "not a problem."
