“Absolutely great service! From the first time talking with Mrs.Tammy Kyle, she was main reason we chose to go with pelican. She was great at explaining things to us, who know nothing about the roofing process. She was very polite, knowledgeable and communicated with us very well. On to the roofing day. (2/4/26) I was told they would be at the house at 6:30-7 I arrived at 6:43 am and they were there ready to work. I walked over to Mr.Austin and he introduced himself and started to tell me what they're going to do and answered my questions. As they worked on removing the old roof. I asked if I could remove the old water heater tank while the roof was off, since we had a tankless already installed. Mr.Austin said sure! I'll help ya do that. I wasn't asking for help but I truly appreciated it. Austin wasn't the lazy *Project manager*either he was on the roof and helping the guys,that's a great manager. When they started at about 6:50 a.m.making sure the weather was good, to when they finished around 2:45 p.m. they were efficient and nice. They swept my yard where they worked with the magnets and got as many of the nails as they could. Mr.Austin told me "We'll do our best but you will likely find some. When you do just give us a call and we'll go over it again no problem." I found only 2 nails so far they did an excellent job and I will happily recommend this company to anyone! He was a great person to deal with coming back after to make sure everything was done and we were happy. Next Brian Hano who was the project manager on the job went above and beyond what needed to be done. Even with me making some last minute changes he explained everything to me and made sure the changes were taken care of. Bryant, Mr Juan, and his crew did an outstanding job on getting the roof replaced and my yard cleaned after. “Our roof suffered wind damage, causing water damage inside of our home. As a result, we needed to replace our entire roof. I was so happy that a friend recommended Blue Monkey to me.
Michael was professional and responsive, and worth mentioning, he had the expertise I was looking for to correct the deficiencies in our roof caused by our last roofer. He took his time assessing my damage, and visited me to doublecheck and confirm the color selection of the shingles. I definitely appreciate the attention to detail.

Michael knew I was in a hurry to get the job done. We booked a date, but when he had a cancellation in his schedule, he called and offered the slot to me. I expected the job to last a couple of days, but Michael said one day would work. When the morning arrived, a HUGE crew descended upon my house and had my entire roof replaced in no time at all!

I couldn’t believe how quickly they completed the job! By mid afternoon, all debris was removed and I had a brand new roof. It was a simple as that.

“Ms.Bilma was very professional and what made me go with her company was that they did my neighbors house in 1 day. I called her she came by the next day to discuss everything I told her I'll call her whenever we we're going to be ready.
