From the first phone call customer service was very helpful and patient with finding me the right rental for the job. I was even provided a model number that allowed me to google search and confirm the tool was what I needed. I worked with two branches. The New Orleans location and also the Westwego location and both were extremely helpful and easy to work with.
Just wanted to give a shout out to this particular company, we have been doing some construction on our building for the last month or two and they have been more than generous with their equipment, our scheduling and weather delays. There was a small snafu with one of the machines, and they came out immediately and had us up and running within an hour!
