The Rovervelt Pet Hotel & Spa is a welcoming and immaculate facility that provides top-notch service for furry friends. The staff is friendly, respectful, and genuinely cares for the pets in their care. The facility offers a range of services, including baths and playdates, and even provides daily photos and live streams of the dogs in the play area and suites. Pet owners can rest assured that their beloved pets will be well taken care of, and many have reported that their pets have had a wonderful experience and even miss the staff and friends they made.
The Rovervelt staff is super friendly! They took great care of Scout and was very accommodating with letting us visit Scout.
Ronelle did a fantastic job training Scout, we have had zero issues since bringing him home. I would 110% recommend sending your dog there for training or daycare! Scout had a blast.
We did the training services with our German Shepherd puppy. He is much more attentive and is well rehearsed with his basic commands. Best thing we could have done for him. I will never trust anywhere else to board my dog.
We also do doggy day camp with him occasionally so that he can play and socialize. He loves going to the Rovervelt the staff treats him as their own. The best part is seeing the pictures of him in their daily post. The employees are so sweet and so helpful and the owner is a savior! Highly recomend!

We cannot say enough good things about this place and the staff, especially Ronnell. From the very beginning, the level of attention, care, and genuine kindness shown to us and our dog has been amazing.
Our dog struggled with people-aggression, and we were unsure what options were available. The team provided thoughtful behavior modification strategies, and treatment options that gave us hope. With their guidance and patience, our dog has made incredible progress.
