We’ve been very impressed with the quality of service we’ve received from the Monroe office. We are about to start the construction phase of the process. Daniel, Danial, and Michael have answered every single question or concern we’ve had, including all of my random thoughts and panic moments. The process is steam-lined and simple, making decisions less overwhelming for us. Communication has been excellent. The financing process was smooth. I highly recommend them, especially for those who are new to the construction process and feel overwhelmed and not sure where to start!
We had a wonderful experience working with Alicia McMilleon on our home design. She was so kind, helpful, and patient, and took the time to answer all of our questions. She made the entire process feel so easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend working with her!
We want to thank Alicia McMilleon for making our building process less stressful. She fixed any concerns and problems we had. We had lots of questions and called numerous times but she was always there to answer every question. Thank you so much for being patient with us and making this process less stressful. We are extremely proud Alicia McMilleon at UBH.
