We are hands down so happy and impressed with UBH. We met with Alicia in the West Monroe office and she made me immediately worry free. Every question I had (which was a ton😂) she had an answer and if she didn’t, she was on it immediately finding out. She went thru every layout that fit my needs, different options, etc. we talked about everything in between and nothing was left behind unknown. She also did not mind my absolute chaos of a family that was with me🥴 She was super supportive and I just really appreciate not feeling rushed or overwhelmed. I Definitely would recommend talking with her and getting your dreams accomplished with her thru UBH.
UBH is a great option if you’re wanting a template for your home. I always said I never wanted to build because the idea of hand picking every single thing in the house overwhelmed me. UBH and Adam at the West Monroe LA office made it very easy though. Adam had a google doc made up for choices on everything UBH offers and having to choose between 4/5 options vs the entire Lowe’s/ Home Depot store made it so much less daunting. It was super helpful and I really appreciate him for that. The process was quick and easy, really. We got everything we asked for in our home and then some. Immediately. Even after hours and on weekends. If I felt something wasn’t right it was fixed right away or I was reassured of the process. We are thankful for this building process and our forever home.
