First of all, my technician Cody calls me. It's always a pleasant surprise because in the past other techs have not called me. He is always polite, knowledgeable, and makes it a point to answer all of my questions. If there is ever a problem, he calls me to let me know and does not rely on me getting the information from the report. Thank you Cody for everything!
I would highly recommend terminix for your pest control needs. The technician that came tp my home was very nice and explained everything and cared. My husband said he was very throrough. He helped us out and got rid of our flea problem. He also texted me and answered all of my questions.
