“I have known the members of this family run business for years and have used them many, many times for a whole variety of repairs and work> The quality is always excellent, the price is good and they always go the extra mile. If they tell you something needs to be (for example while working on something else) you can 100% trust their honesty. I feel very lucky to know I have a reliable team to turn to when I need something done, big or small!”
“I highly recommend Ken’s Kustoms for the quality of work, professionalism, and genuine care they provided during a major repair project at my home.
Ken repaired extensive termite damage throughout the house, including the attic rafter support gussets, header and top plate, interior door jambs, exterior door casings, and the baseboard along the bottom of a load-bearing wall. This was a significant amount of structural and finish work, and Ken handled every part of the project with great attention to detail. He even hand-matched the existing ceiling texture and paint so the repaired areas blended naturally with the rest of the ceiling.
What impressed me just as much as the workmanship was Ken’s willingness to work around my family’s schedule. We had a five-week-old newborn in the house during the repairs, and he was extremely accommodating and considerate of our needs. That level of patience and understanding made a stressful situation much easier for our family.
As a fellow veteran, I especially appreciated Ken’s professionalism, courtesy, friendliness, and respectful attitude throughout the entire process. He was dependable, easy to communicate with, and clearly took pride in doing the job right.
If you’re looking for someone who combines quality craftsmanship with professionalism and genuine consideration for their customers, I would absolutely recommend Ken’s Kustoms. Excellent work from start to finish!”
