I went to get a test without insurance, I asked the nurse before I get tested for the price and when I get the bill on the mail, it broke my heart. She lied to me. They don’t help it is a business.

I was told my appointment was at 11am. So I arrived at 10:50-10:55. I was checked in and given paperwork to fill out. A member of the staff informed me my appointment was at 10:45 and because I was late I needed to reschedule.

What a great place that serves the community especially a segment of the community that is traditionally under-served. The staff are very professional and the facility is top of the line...They actually care about the patients they care for instead of treating them like a number passing through. This organization has changed so much over the years since in inception... Great job guys.
