The ladies here are beasts at their job!! We walked in today and while there was a wait, we watched 16 people, one after another come in, get a cut/style and walk out smiling!! The atmosphere was pleasant and and very clean!!! The location is conveniently located, as well!! We'll definitely be visiting this team again!!! Heidi did an amazing job on my son's hair and it took less that 20 minutes, once he was in her chair!! Call ahead for an appt because they do book up quickly and walk ins are work ins, when and if time is available.
I had an amazing experience with Neely! She is incredibly patient, thorough, and detail-oriented. She always takes the time to understand exactly what you want and never makes you feel rushed. Her attention to detail and professionalism really set her apart.
On top of being extremely skilled, she's also so kind and welcoming. One of my favorite parts is that she includes a relaxing hot towel treatment and shampoo, which makes the whole experience feel like a spa visit. I absolutely love coming here and always leave feeling refreshed and happy with the results. I highly recommend Neely to anyone looking for someone who truly cares about their clients!
