We have experienced excellent customer service and teamwork with Coburns, West Monroe. We have worked with Brad in Outside Sales and Katie and Michelle with inside sales. Brad stepped right in to help us in the showroom when Katie was tied up with another client. Brad also helped us with replacing some faucet pieces under a lifetime warranty after hours! Katie was very easy to work with and offered us several options and suggestions on our project and helped us with selections. Michelle stepped in when we came back to order our selections and Katie was at lunch. A GREAT TEAM!
Needed an island electric stove top insert. Stopped by Coburns looking for product and size. Very nice high end store supplying a variety of furnishings showcasing full kitchen and bath fixtures. Katie was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in researching item. Being stovetop size wasn't made anymore, alternative solutions were discussed. Thank you Katie for your professionalism and attentiveness. Recommended this store for all your needs when upgrading your home. Located in West Monroe.
Went to the HAVC department and the customer service was friendly. I didn't know what I needed but the guys took time to help. Will recommend if you need any plumbing or help with your air/heating needs. Thanks again.
