Great customer service and professional and friendly service men. They cleaned up where they worked while installing a new unit. They worked quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend!!

Bell air/heat is the very best service for checking and servicing your unit. A service man came the next day after calling!The service man who came to my house is the nicest, young man with a wonderful personality; he stole my heart. He answered my questions and offered information to help me do the right things to take care of my unit better.I am a handicapped elderly person who depends on services such as Bell AC. Now, I am confident that Bell Heat/Ac is the best service to care for my unit.

I like the fact that this is a family-owned local business. They were very competitive with their bid. Their equipment is top-notch (Trane) and they didn’t try to sell me a bunch of things I didn’t need. Ricky Bell Jr came out and helped with the installation to make sure it went as planned. They removed all the old units and materials that had been left in the attic previously before installing the new one. They were all very professional and did not talk down to me because I’m a woman.
