Highly recommend Dr Cooper and his staff. Our 7week puppy suddenly became lethargic and wobbly on his feet. I called around 6pm and was advised to bring him in. Dr Cooper walked us through every step of testing explaining the costs and reasons for doing the tests. He also went above and beyond to make sure we had the needed medication for our sweet baby. He even called the following day to check on him. If you are in need of an emergency vet or routine vet, Dr Cooper is the best!
I hesitated to come here bc of the rating but found the negative reviews were mainly about cost. Any emergency/after hours medical care is going to be costly. The staff is rightly compensated for working those kind of hours. Emergency room visits for people are very expensive even with insurance.
We had an excellent experience & I'm glad we stopped here. Our cat was suffering & I wanted her seen quickly. We were in & out within an hour with one pet ahead of her. The staff was very kind & compassionate. Dr. Bass took action quickly to get our girl stable & comfortable then called us back & laid out our options giving us the best advice she could.
