The whole experience was wonderful. When I called the receptionist was very polite, they came out right away, the workers were very professional and explained what they were doing as they did it and also why. I was overall so very pleased with the whole experience. Thanks to the whole team!!! My house feels great now!

Called Theriot’s A/C to see where to find a specific size filter. They had one and offered to do it for us. As Seniors, we were grateful. Didn’t have to wait or look all over town for it! They were here in 3 hrs, replaced it and were very friendly and professional. Highly recommended them for all of your heating and cooling systems! And they’re local guys!

Theriot's has taken care of me three times now unlike the other two companies I had come out who seem to be more interested in upselling you the first time they visit than telling you what the real issue is.
