Update: After cooling off and getting the full story, I need to correct my earlier review. I was wrong about the situation and spoke before I had all the facts. Breaux Wrecker Service was doing their job, and there was no set up or anything dishonest going on. Emotions were high because it involved my niece, but that’s not an excuse for accusing a local business unfairly.
I usually don’t leave reviews because most places don’t deserve them, and tow companies especially tend to be a mess. But Breaux Wrecker Service was better than expected.
My car died late at night on a dark back road with no houses, no signal, and something moving in the woods nearby. I called Breaux the man was calm, professional, and got me out of there quick. I was never so glad to see headlights in my life.
