The folks at VIP are great at their jobs! They seem to actually LIKE being there, which is great, because I like going there! They are typically packed all weekend, but you can usually get in and out quickly during a weekday or early afternoon. Update: The only downvote they get from me is that the Fox entertainment channel is constantly on the TV. Other than that, they're still the best in town.

I visited this location for nail and toe services before attending a wedding, but was disappointed by the unreasonable wait time. From 12:30 pm to 2:30 pm, the slow service was evident. Additionally, the business failed to inform me of a convenience fee associated with card payments. After disputing the charge, it was lowered to $3.50. I strongly believe that customers should not incur this fee, as it is a necessary business expense. Regrettably, the combination of slow service and unprofessional practices has led me to choose not to return to this establishment.

The owner is always polite, each time I go I always get someone different, I don't mind because I usually always get someone that does good work. Especially today ! But I'm assuming it's the owners wife that is always low key rude. The way she speaks toward certain customers, her body language and the way she has rolled her eyes, when she thinks you wasnt looking and it seems everytime I get there she starts speaking in her native language, looking in my direction and giggling and sometimes the person working on my nails will look up as to see if I'm noticing.
