My counselor Mrs. Brown has been life changing. She is very professional, confidential and knowledgeable yet transparent, relatable, and down to earth. I look forward to our weekly sessions. I have been going approximately 4 months. She has helped and challenged me to change some unhealthy thinking and look at things differently than what I normally would. She has helped me to see that I am not my past nor my diagnosis and neither are you!!! God bless whoever reads this!!!
