“I am very sad to announce that my brother Keith Victor Kron, founder and long time CEO of Natures Greenhouse, has passed away He was apparently home when his house was engulfed in flames. We are awaiting DNA confirmation but the family has every expectation that this will only confirm what we already know as we have not heard from him since the night before the fire and he has not contacted anyone about his pets or extensive garden. Several of us had been in close contact and he was in good spirit. I personally was working together with him on a couple of projects as were several others. As you may know Keith had a very large number of plants that were a part of his business. If you would like one as a remembrance of him please let us know as we are making arrangements to donate the bulk of them to a 9th Ward non-profit. We will accept donations if you are so moved. 2 of his dogs survived and if you know them and want to house them that would be great as at this time we are unable to keep them ourselves. While Keith did not use Facebook I created this page as a memorial page so people can write about him or contact me for information regarding a memorial service.“
