I cannot say enough good things about K&K Plumbing. We decided to allow a Big Box Store arrange the floor and new toilet instal in our master bath. Everything from the beginning was a mess with the ONLY exception being K&K. My first confused call to them Mandy explained more than anyone at Lowes did and was so helpful and kind. Then as the train wreck of a job started Hank, the plumber they sent out, was not only courteous and on time, but he was helpful, kind and accommodating. He was knowledgeable and just wanted to makensure everything was done right! He had the best customer service!! I will be using K&K for any future plumbing needs I may have. If I could give Hank and Mandy 10 stars I would!!
My water heater went out and needed repair on a Friday. My home warranty company assigned K&K and they had the heater replaced that afternoon!! Mandy took charge of the administrative hassles with the home warranty company like a champ!! David and Hank got the diagnosis and install done quickly and professionally!! I will absolutely call them for future warranty and non warranty work!!
