We chose Trouth because not only were they the lowest quote that we had received, but because they said they would not replace our ducts without fixing a few other issues they noticed we had with our system. A few hours after Dylan and Nick began work, I received a call saying that their sheet metal shop got backed up and they wouldn’t have our materials ready and weren’t able to have our house cooled off that night.
