I’ll be 49 next month and after going through an early menopause before age 40 and dealing with autoimmune thyroid inflammation my energy level was at an all time low. This was even with regular visits and medication adjustments from my endocrinologist. I religiously counted calories, walked 2-3 miles a day, etc with no results. About 6 months ago I read some friends reviews for Magnolia Health & Wellness. I was a little skeptical but having never tried hormone replacement therapy I decided to give it a shot. Christine drew my labs and then formulated a plan based on my results and taking into consideration my thyroid issues. My endocrinologist gave a thumbs up as well when I brought it up during a visit. Six months later Christine has continued to tweak and make recommendations while I continue my calorie counting, intermittent fasting and try to stay up and moving . I am 18 lbs down and have a level of energy I have not felt in years. I’m so thankful I stumbled on those reviews earlier this year.
