Enviro Mechanical Services provides excellent customer service with very empathetic staff who expedited repair in extremely high temperatures. The company is beyond exceptional and professional, with knowledgeable technicians who take time to throughly explain the issue and solution options, ensuring the best choice. Customers experience a great experience as the technician is very knowledgeable, able to identify the problem quickly, work to get it fixed, and be outstanding. The young men know their trade, showing very positive great personality and are an asset to the company. Requests are filed and techs come out on a Saturday morning, knowledgeable about the unit, reset the control board when needed. Appointments are scheduled for the next day, technicians arrive on time, are courteous, friendly, diagnose and fix the problem, inform about warranty, and get the house back to cool again.
Enviro was beyond exceptional with their work. Not only were they professional but they were beyond knowledgeable and took the time to throughly explain the issue and solution options while ensuring I was equipped to make the best choice.

I have a home warranty and had to call for a service request for my second unit in two months. As previously, the experience with Enviro Mechanical Services was pleasant from beginning to end. They scheduled the appointment for the next day, the technicians showed up on time and were very courteous and friendly. They were able to diagnose and fix the problem on this visit and then informed me of the warranty for the work and the part...and most importantly, the house is getting back to cool again!
