So my 8 y/o grand daughter let her older sis cut her hair. Sis thought that putting it in a ponytail and then making 1 "chop off" cut....looked good. WRONG. So I brought her to Upscale and asked if her hair could be fixed. My grand daughter is mixed so hair isn't quite like either race's hair. But the stylist had no problem helping turn the situation around! She was so kind and made my grand daughter feel very comfortable!! Her cut is absolutely awesome. My opinion....makes her look so "girly" and cute. I love it! Thank you, UPSCALE!!!

This was my first time going to Kashaun and it will not be my last time. She was very patience and tentative. She showed that she love with she do, and that she take proud I’m her work.
