Someone I know is very dissatisfied with their service and failure to stand behind "warranty" work! Shame on you TOS for not standing behind your warranty!! Very sad day for ever trusting TOS!!!

absolute rip off!! supposed to have a 1 yrs warranty on work. Over 1000 dollars spent. Only a few months passed before our video bypass stopped working. Returned to get the problem fixed and right before we left they charged us more money only to find out 2 minutes after leaving that the video is still not working!😠😠They will not refund any of our money and became aggresivly rude and hung up on me as we went back and forth about the price and how they have ripped us off. Please do not waste your time and especially your money. Nobody deserves this treatment.
