I can’t express how amazingly smooth the process of getting my roof repaired/replaced with southern home improvement in Slidell was. They were quick to respond, helpful, and professional. Shoutout to the workers, Mr. Mike Calico (who took our urgency/concern so seriously), and Vadim Zuza who was incredibly reliable, responsive, and just AWESOME. Vadim shared pictures of our roof during the process and updated me on all progress being made. They even fixed areas of my roof that we were unaware needing repair. We called SHIC to have our roof inspected and an estimate provided. Vadim Zuza was able to come out the same day and inspect our roof. He was very friendly and responsive. Additionally, he was very thorough and showed us several things that were missed by other inspectors. He took time to explain the findings, potential repairs and help us determine the best path forward. I highly recommend SHIC and especially Vadim to anyone looking to have their roof replaced or repaired.
