Ive been going to Skylar's for at least a year and a half if not two years. Not even once, did not going back cross my mind. On top of her technical expertise, she is extremely personable. She's not the kind of colorist that will let you walk around looking like a fool, so if what you're asking for isnt possible or not in your best interest, she'll tell you, unlike some out there that will fry your locks without a second thought. The salon itself isnt posh with trendy backgrounds for selfies and uppity decor, but I never feel comfortable in those environments so the coziness and laid back atmosphere at Skylar's is perfect! She goes out of her way to make you feel like its your bff doing your hair instead of a service provider but her professionalism remains intact. She should be charging way more than she does but she truly loves what she does so for her, its not about the bottom line. If you're looking to make a change, do yourself a favor and give her a shot!
