This is my second roof installed by Shifflett. We got hit by a tornado and needed major repairs including a new roof. They are locally owned which was important to me as the contractors flocked to the area from all over. Beau and Brian were always checking in giving updates on the process. They Provided great customer service. Provided a new Fortified roof and saved me 40% on my homeowners insurance policy. Additionally they provided a new patio cover, new gutters, and other services. When they couldn’t provide the service they brought in reputable contractor that worked with me on getting the interior part of my house in order. Happy wife is happy life. She was happy!
Shifflett installed a fortified roof and put up new gutters on my home and did a great job. Beau reviewed the scope of work with me and notified me when his crews would begin. Both the roofing crew and gutter crew were on-time, hardworking, and got the details right. It was a good experience overall.
One week after getting my quote from Shifflett I had a beautiful new terracotta roof. Very friendly very professional from the sales to the crew on the roof. Job got done fast and not even a nail left behind. I know because they always find me. Highly recommended if you want a new roof.
