Rachel is absolutely the best! From highlights to extensions, we have been through it together! I have been a client of Serendipity and Rachel since shortly after she and Brittany opened the salon. Going to have my have hair done is like going to visit my best friends. Rachel and Brittany have grown Serendipity into the best salon on the Northshore. From the moment you enter you are warmly greeted and treated like family. The amount of experience and love for their craft is evident in all of the stylist. My daughter and I left another local salon in tatters. Not fun, creative , funky tatters. More like a 1970’s grandmother’s sofa left in the rain, tatters. When I called Serendipity from a parking lot and explained our situation, we were told to come right in for help. They were so understanding and empathetic.My daughter’s feathery mullet was transformed into a face framing shag, perfect for her thick curls. My Jodi Arias (at trial) bangs and sad layers were updated into a fresh modern style within minutes. I cannot speak highly enough of this salon or their staff.
