I went to this hair salon without really knowing what to expect, and I was welcomed by Thomas. At first glance, his strong build might be intimidating, but don’t be fooled — he is one of the kindest, most gentle, and attentive people you could meet.
I came in with long, messy hair that I didn’t know what to do with. Honestly, I thought it would be a challenge for anyone to make something nice out of it. But Thomas took his time to listen, not only to me but also to my fiancée, who shared her thoughts on what might suit me best. I’ve been coming to Serendipity for over three and a half years now, and every visit reminds me why I keep coming back. I usually get a men’s haircut with Megan and an eyebrow waxing with Shannon. Megan is excellent – she’s quick, has a lot of experience cutting men’s hair, and always makes sure I leave looking my best. Shannon does a fantastic job shaping my brows perfectly every time. Lindsay at the front desk takes excellent care of us with scheduling and makes booking appointments so easy. The salon itself is beautiful, cozy, and chic – it feels welcoming the moment you walk in.
