My roof was leaking and damaged from Hurricane Ida and they came in so quickly and got out so quickly! The quality of work and attention to detail was great, and for such an important aspect of a home, that's super important. Quality Exterior Services, LLC did my roof installation in Metairie around the middle of 2020. Their work got tested right away by the 2020 storm season and it appears they did a fantastic job. Their representative was extremely helpful and responsive throughout the whole process of getting it done. I trust the Owens Corning shingles they use will last for decades without issues. I had a couple very minor, nit picking requests when they finished installation. I got no sense of upset whatsoever from them when they came back out and made the changes. A great company that takes pride in their work! UPDATE FOLLOWING HURRICANE IDA: Just wanted to add that my roof was again tested by Hurricane Ida in 2021 and appears to have held up great!
We had a lot of hurricane storm damage after Ida, Quality's owner Mr. Don, was very on top of things from the get go and got things done quickly. Our fence was destroyed and our roof was barely hanging on. They got a crew out right away. It was the easiest process from start to finish and now we have a gorgeous new roof & fence! It felt so nice not to be just another number to a company, you can tell the owner takes pride in every customer they service. Highly recommend!Services: Roof repair for storm & wind damage
