The owner was very knowledgeable and helpful with remotely diagnosing and recommending the appropriate product needed and expertly explained proper use before I left the counter. I would definitely recommend.

Overall very helpful he pointed me in the correct direction for the product I needed. I also needed another product for either capturing or killing deer flies. He didn't seem to have any products available for that type of solution. That being said I had to figure out a new solution for myself. I would appreciate it if they would have all the solutions available and not just the sprays

Very knowledgeable guy helped me w the products we needed at 4 of our houses. He was very patient w me too as I had to explain each properties issue. I would highly recommend them thus far. although, in recommending them, I have not tried the products yet, so unless they just don't work there is a 5* rating for them.
