Dr. Ha Ninh OD was very nice and answered all my questions. I had a basic eye exam and received a prescription for reading glasses. However, if you have DAVIS VISION beware! Ochsner billed $545 for a basic eye exam. Davis Vision paid there part of $152. I paid my copay off $20. Over 4 months later Ochsner is still billing me the remaining amount of $373! Nobody at Ochsner is willing to help or listen to the issue. Appears Ochsner is billing me for "coinsurance" instead of a "copay".
