When I bought my first short-term rental, I knew I needed to find a tax professional to make the most out of my investment come tax time. Luckily for me, I found Bob Norton through a recommendation from another real estate investor. Working with NAS was easy for me and they made it clear exactly what I needed to do at all steps. When I got the invoice for their services I was blown away, the price was quite a bit lower than I was expecting. Then I saw how much I was getting back and it knocked my socks off! I am going to say it, Bob can't be beat!
